Call Bridge
VoIP and External PaBX Integration
Cybertel’s MCX solution supports full duplex call not only within MCX but also through integration with external networks using the Call Bridge Server.
VoIP calls to external voice networks such as PaBX, are enabled through a Call Bridge Server via SIP Trunk. This ensures seamless voice communication between MCX users and external network users including those connected via PBX systems.

General Information
- Interworking with MCX Server: Enables 1:1 VoIP calls between PTT users.
- SIP Trunking: Supports customer IP PaBX integration, allowing PTT users to communicate with PBX users.
Capacity
- Concurrent Users: Supports from 100 up to 2,000 concurrent users.
Key Features
Call Monitoring and Holding: Real-time call monitoring and call hold functionality.
Caller Identification Service (CID): Displays caller information.
Do Not Disturb Mode: Blocks incoming calls when enabled.
Call Class Control: Manages call classes such as local, mobile, and international (ISD).
Call Duration Control: Limits the duration of active calls.
Call Hunting: Sequentially routes incoming calls to available lines.
Call Forwarding: Redirects incoming calls to other numbers.
Automatic Prefix Routing: Routes calls based on prefix, IP, or group.
Called Number Conversion: Performs digit conversion for called numbers.
Call Detail Records (CDR): Provides detailed call records via 3rd-party SMDR interfaces.
* Remark : Call Bridge server supports the features above but each of feature shall be defined in Scope of Work to interwork with customer PaBX.
